Sierra Construction and Bridge Industrial began sitework on the Bridge Point Vancouver 600 project in 2023.
The 647,000 square foot speculative industrial building is located on a 76 acre site just north of the Mill Plain neighborhood of Vancouver.
The completed speculative building has a 40’ clear height, 166 trailer stalls, 413 parking stalls, as well as 96 dock-high and 4 drive-in doors.
Project scope also included 13,548 square feet of wetland creation and 218,053 square feet of buffer enhancement.
