Project Completion: Big Eddy Commerce Center

Sitework began last year on this 135,387 square foot tilt-up commerce center on 7.5 acres in Gresham, Oregon. ‘Big Eddy’ has a 30′ clear height, 30 dock doors and 5 grade level doors with a 6″ slab. Located within in the Airport Way submarket the project is a part of a 230-acre master-planned business park development. This project was completed at the end of 2017.
