The Hub at Bel-Kirk 520 is a standalone, 879 square foot great-room style structure built for exclusive use by the office park’s tenants located in Bellevue, WA.
Offering both indoor and outdoor spaces, the Hub features an Avanti Market, roll-up door that opens to the outdoor patio space, a TV lounge and Wi-Fi throughout. Tenants will also be able to reserve space in the Hub for meetings and other uses.
Schnitzer West purchased the suburban office park in 2015 and is in the process of upgrading the office buildings in addition to building The Hub.
