New Project: PacTrust Corporate Park

The PacTrust Corporate Park is a new speculative industrial warehouse development that will include the construction of four buildings totaling over 290,000 square feet. All four buildings will have a 24' clear height, 

Building 1: 99,220 square feet
Building 2: 63,200 square feet
Building 3: 87,125 square feet
Building 4: 43,717 square feet

Located in Vancouver, Washington at the intersection of 78th and NE St Johns Road, this project is due for completion Q1 2023.
