New Project: Bridge Point I-5, Seattle

Currently under construction, Building 1 of the development marks both Sierra and Bridge's largest Seattle area project to date. Sitework began earlier this summer to prepare the 117 acre site, which was a grading and mining business for the last 30 years.

When completed, the 1,032,692 square foot Building 1 will have a 40' clear height, double loaded dock configuration, and over 75 trailer and 490 auto parking stalls,

The remaining three buildings totaling over 920,000 square feet will be completed in a second phase.

Building 1 is due for completion in the spring of 2023.
