Both buildings will have a 36’ clear height, and share a total of 85 dock-high doors, 8 drive-in doors, 305 parking stalls and 243 trailer stalls.
Earthwork for the 28.6 acre site includes 82,000 cubic yards of cut and 480,000 cubic yards of fill.
