New Project: Harmony Logistics

Located in Vancouver, WA, the Harmony Logistics project includes the construction of two speculative industrial buildings totaling 459,478 square feet.

Building 1: 327,273 square feet

Building 2: 132,205 square feet

Both buildings will have a 36’ clear height, and share a total of 85 dock-high doors, 8 drive-in doors, 305 parking stalls and 243 trailer stalls.

Earthwork for the 28.6 acre site includes 82,000 cubic yards of cut and 480,000 cubic yards of fill.
