New Project: Goldstream Apartments

The Goldstream Apartments project includes three, three-story apartment buildings ranging from 24-36 units each, for a total of 96 apartment units.

Units include 1-bed, 1-bed with den, and 2 bedroom floorplans. In addition to the three apartment buildings, the 3.53 acre site will also include a 3,867 square foot resident amenity building with outdoor pool, covered patio, lounge and fitness room. 139 surface parking spaces are provided for residents, including 74 covered parking spaces

A 6,250 square foot commercial building, new bus stop and open plaza space will be completed in Phase II.
