Sierra Construction has broke ground on a 9.6 acre site in Everett, Washington.
Glacier Peak at Riverside Business Park will be a 201,534 square foot distribution warehouse located along the Snohomish River in Everett with exposure to I-5.
The completed project will have a 32′ clear height, 130′ concrete truck apron, 38 dock high doors and 4 drive-in doors.
This project is due for completion Spring 2019.
