The first phase of the Frank Albert Industrial Park includes the construction of a single speculative industrial buildings totaling 138,926 square feet on a 10.58 acre site in Fife, Washington.
Known as Building B, it will have a 32' clear height, 28 dock high doors, 2 grade-level doors, and 132 parking stalls.
This project is due for completion in Q4 2024.
