First Steele is a speculative industrial project being built on a 6.8 acre lot in Lakewood, Washington for developer First Industrial. The building is a 128,000 square foot industrial warehouse with a 36’ clear height and 25 dock doors. First Steele is also pursuing a LEED Silver certification.
This project is due for completion the Spring of 2022.
