New Project: Cascade Business Park, Building 1

Cascade Business Park is a planned 4,000,000+ industrial development just south of the Arlington Municipal Airport in Marysville, WA.

Breaking ground in September 2021, Building 1 is the first to break ground in the development. Sitting on a 19.5 acre parcel, the speculative warehouse will be 245,619 square feet, have a 3,600 storefront, 36' clear height, and over 300 parking and trailer stalls.

This project is due for completion May 2022.
