New Project: Bridge Point Kent 300

Currently under construction, Bridge Point Kent 300 is a speculative industrial development made up of two buildings. Building A will be approximately 50,000 square feet with 32′ clear heights, whereas Building B will span just over 258,000 square feet with a 36′ clear height. In total, the site will have over 375 parking stalls. The southeast corner of the development has an outdoor space for tenant use.

The 15.8 acre site was previously home to REI’s Kent offices. This project is due for completion Q1 2022.
