New Project: Bridge Point Everett 500

Located on the southwestern edge of Everett near the Mukilteo city line, project teams at Bridge Point Everett 500 (also known as Bridge Point Soundview) began sitework on the 40 acre site overlooking the Puget Sound. The sloped site requires extensive sitework, including stormwater storage vaults, retaining walls, rockeries and cut/fill to prepare the site for the construction of three industrial buildings totaling over 485,600 square feet.

Building I: 278,506 square feet, 34' clear height, 54 docks, 130' truck courts and 387 parking stalls
Building II: 85,719 square feet, 32' clear height, 25 docks, 180' truck courts and 90 parking stalls
Building III: 278,506 square feet, 32' clear height, 32 docks, 180' truck courts and 104 parking stalls

This project is due for completion in 2023.
