Affordable Housing Development of the Year

  • Linden Flats

Last year, Prologis Park Tacoma was the Industrial Development of the Year. The Affordable Housing category is new for 2019.

NAIOP Washington’s Night of the Stars Awards Program is an annual black-tie gala dedicated to recognizing exceptional individuals and companies in our industry and the projects in which our members are involved. The goal of the program is to identify outstanding real estate developments and activities in a variety of market types and the individuals who conceived of, took risk, sponsored, supported, and made the projects happen.”

The prestigious awards gala will be held November 8th in Bellevue.
