Bridge Point I-5

Project Description

The Bridge Point I-5 project in Portland, Oregon features two industrial tilt-up distribution centers totaling 677,000 square feet.

Site clearing of the 37 acre site began in 2019. Due to the fact part of the site is a former landfill, the scope of work for the first six months included the demolition of the existing structures, crushing all foundations/asphalt to be reused on site, and importing roughly 275,000cy of material for surcharge.

Building A is 239,500 square feet with a 30’ clear, and Building B is 437,500 square feet with a 36’ clear. The site as a whole will has over 260 parking spaces, 95 trailer parking spaces and 142 dock doors. The buildings were tailored to distribution, manufacturing, and other industrial tenants, with configurations as small as 20,000 square feet possible.
