Spotlight: Tim Clark

Tim Clark has been a part of the Sierra family for over 25 years. Starting off as a carpenter at the Tramco Hangars, Tim became a Superintendent during the North Creek Technology Campus days. Since then, he has been the Superintendent of over 20 projects ranging from distribution centers and big-box retail to office parks. “The management really cares about us. I have worked for other companies and employees weren’t really valued like here at Sierra.” Some of Tim's project highlights include Phases 1 and 3 of the Des Moines Creek Business Park, Audi Seattle, Marine Technology Center and Building I at the North Creek Technology Campus.

What is your favorite project type? Anything not Walmart.

If you weren't in construction, what would you be doing? Selling beach chairs and margaritas in Mexico.

What attracted you to Sierra? The sign on the Tramco fence.

What are your three most overused words or phrases? It's a Party. Chicks dig me (They really do). F!*)!*&*#^&^&@*%.

What is your dream project location? Anything north of Marysville.
