John Barnes:

"All, on January 16th we received “Shell Completion” for Building C, the last of the four buildings of the Portland Portal Phase I and II development for Panattoni. The site was challenging with over 50’ elevation change. The steep slopes were dealt with by utilizing the building walls as retaining walls with the finished floor up to 14’ below exterior grades. The project was successful for all parties involved, with all buildings scheduled to be sold in less than a month.

Thanks to the great team that worked this project;

Phase I: Matt Fletcher, Scott Burns, Kayla McCurley and Lisa Diebler.

Phase II: Dan Windon, Bob Carrasco, Scott Burns, Kayla McCurley, Hans Howard and May Jensen"
