Jobs currently open for bid are listed below. In order to do business with our company, we require subcontractors to prequalify annually in order to be eligible to bid or contract work with Sierra Construction. In addition to completing the Subcontractor Vendor Setup Form, we also require a copy of the business license, W-9 form, Reseller permit, and if applicable, a certification document.

Blackbird Apartments, Redmond, WA
Bid Date: Wednesday, November 8th 2017 2:00pm Pacific Time

SCCI is requesting bids for a 159 unit mixed-use apartment building in Redmond Washington. 

 

West Woodland Businss Center, Seattle, WA
Bid Date: Wednesday, August 23rd 2017 4:00pm Pacific Time

SCCI is requesting bids for the West Woodland Business Center building and associated site improvements located in the Ballard area of Seattle. The building is a 71,460sf concrete & steel structure. The scope of work will include structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and interior finishes as shown in the bid documents (link below).  

  • Anticipated Start Date: January 2018
  • MEP scope to be bidder-design
  • Submit all pre-bid RFIs no later than Monday, August 16th

 

 
 Natu’Oil Warehouse, Fife, WA
Bid Date: Friday, August 4th 2017 4:00pm Pacific Time

SCCI is requesting bids for the Natu’oil Warehouse Building and associated site improvements located in Fife. The building is a 50,011 SF concrete tilt up with a 1,097sf Office area build out. Work will include building, civil, plumbing and mechanical and landscaping as shown in the bid documents. Additional details in the link below.

  • Anticipated Start Date: Mid August
  • The following scopes of work are already committed and we do not need bids for:
    • Earthwork/Utilities
    • Concrete work turnkey including building and site work.
    • Electrical

 

Bid Date: Friday, July 21st 2017 4:00pm Pacific Time

Sierra Construction is requesting bids for Des Moines Creek Phase IV Buildings A and B. The earthwork and utility portion of this work has already been awarded, bids are requested for the balance of associated site improvements (curb, gutter, sidewalks, paving, striping, landscape and irrigation, guardrail, etc.). Building A will be a 36’ clear, 265,922 SF concrete tilt up, Building B is also 36’ clear and 246,119 sf. Work will include building, civil, electrical, plumbing and mechanical and landscaping as shown in the bid documents (link below). Site rough grading is underway and will be completed by July 31, 2017. Preliminary project schedule is in the bid documents.

Shell Buildings Only, any Tenant Improvements will be bid at a later date.

Tilt-up building D (319,806 square feet) at Prologis Park Tacoma including limited sitework. Please refer to bid documents for sitework being performed by Scotty’s General Construction directly for Prologis. Anticipated construction schedule: Building D building permit issue between 9/15/17 and 10/1/17.

SCCI is requesting bids for DCT Hudson DC Building and associated site improvements located in Auburn. The building will be a 32’ clear, 287,832 SF concrete tilt up. Work will include building, civil, electrical, plumbing and mechanical and landscaping as shown in the bid documents (link below). Additional details in the DCT Request for Proposal located in the link above. Anticipated Start Date: Mid/Late August.
 
 
 
Bid Date: Tuesday, June 20th, 2017 2:00pm Pacific Time
SCCI is requesting bids for DCT Blair Logistics Center Building A and associated site improvements located at the Port of Tacoma. The building will be a 36’ clear, 542,750 SF concrete tilt up. Work will include building, civil, electrical, plumbing and mechanical and landscaping as shown in the bid documents (link below). Site rough grading will be completed by July 31, 2017. The building pad will be proof rolled prior to commencement of this contract and will be ready to receive capillary break. Anticipated Start Date of 15 July 2017.
