Jobs currently open for bid are listed below. In order to do business with our company, we require subcontractors to prequalify annually in order to be eligible to bid or contract work with Sierra Construction. In addition to completing the Subcontractor Vendor Setup Form, we also require a copy of the business license, W-9 form, Reseller permit, and if applicable, a certification document.

Tacoma Screw Products Fulfillment Center – Gig Harbor, WA
Friday April 12, 2019 – 12:00pm
This project includes construction of a new 80,000 SF Tilt Up Warehouse with approximately 18,000 SF of Mezzanine, 2,600 SF of Retail, and 1,150 SF of Office space. Scopes include earthwork/utilities, asphalt paving, landscaping, Sidewalks, CIP concrete, structural steel, casework & finish carpentry, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, TPO roofing, doors & hardware, storefront, overhead doors, painting, flooring, dock bumpers, Dock Levelers, and design-build MEP. Anticipated start is May 6th, 2019 with substantial completion by January 14th, 2020.



Gayteway Business Park,  Building C – Arlington, WA
Thursday April 4, 2019 – 2:00pm
Construction of a new 66,625 square foot tilt-up concrete 24’ clear, semi-conditioned shell building.



Prologis Sumner, #22 & 23 – Sumner, WA
Bids March 4th
A new distribution facility consisting of (2) concrete tilt up warehouses. Building A is 263,000 sf, 36’ clear with 54 dock doors, 5 drive in doors, 13 trailer parking spaces and over 150 vehicle parking spaces. Building B is 97,000 sf, 32’ clear with 21 dock doors, 2 drive in doors, 44 trailer parking spaces and over 80 vehicle parking spaces.



Sumner Ridge – Sumner, WA
Bids March 13th

A new distribution facility consisting of (2) concrete tilt up warehouses. Building A is 113,000 sf with 27 dock doors, 2 drive in doors and over 60 parking spaces. Building B is 109,000 sf with 24 dock doors, 2 drive in doors and over 60 parking spaces.  Both buildings are 30’ clear.
