Site development (12-acre) consists of selective demolition, earthwork, installation of aggregate piers, site utilities, site walls, site concrete/walks, site electrical, barrier gate installation, and asphalt paving. Building construction for a 19,000 Sq. Ft. Sales & Service building, and a 900 Sq. Ft. Carwash facility. Anticipated construction schedule: Commence January 9, 2017 with substantial completion by October 10, 2017. Project Description: The proposed project consists of three new single-story concrete tilt-up warehouse building, one at about 36,000sf and two at around 46,000sf. Site grading is currently taking place and the site will be cement treated. Building construction will commence in early November 2016. Please note grading, sitework, hardscape, site furnishings and landscaping will be contracted directly by owner and will not be part of this bid.
