Jobs currently open for bid are listed below. In order to do business with our company, we require subcontractors to prequalify annually in order to be eligible to bid or contract work with Sierra Construction. In addition to completing the Subcontractor Vendor Setup Form, we also require a copy of the business license, W-9 form, Reseller permit, and if applicable, a certification document.

PSE Puyallup Service Centers – Puyallup , WA
Monday, August 9th, 2019 – 9:00am

PSE – Puyallup Service Center consists of a newly constructed 31,633 SF Service center on a 317,129 SF Site, following the demolition of the old facility. Construction of the new service center will consist of a 2-Story Office Building totaling 19,419 SF, and a Line Building totaling 12,214, as well as a 1,971 SF secondary structure and 3,735 SF covered area to the south of the new service center. This project is a Steel Erected Structure, with Auger cast Piles, Pile caps and Tie beams making up the buildings foundation.  Exterior Finishes Include a mix of Metal and Hardi. Roofing Materials include both TPO and Metal Roof. Construction is set to begin in April 2020.

Please provide separate proposals for Kent and Puyallup. We are looking for Proposals based on Plans and Specifications. If applicable, please provide discount if both Projects are awarded to your firm. This project is a private project, and therefore, no prevailing wages are required.

PSE Kent Service Centers – Kent, WA
Monday, August 9th, 2019 – 9:00am

PSE – Kent Service Center consists of a Single Story Office Buildout and Shop Facility for Puget Sound Energy Operations. The Building is approximately 31,239 SF on a 6.18 Acre lot, and is made up of a Steel Erected Structure, on a concrete foundation. Exterior Cladding includes a mix of metal and masonry and a .60 Mil TPO Roof. Construction is set to begin in October 15th, 2019.

Please provide separate proposals for Kent and Puyallup. We are looking for Proposals based on Plans and Specifications. If applicable, please provide discount if both Projects are awarded to your firm. This project is a private project, and therefore, no prevailing wages are required.

Redmond Ridge 113 – Redmond, WA
Wednesday July 17, 2019 – 12:00pm

Project has been awarded to Sierra Construction and site clearing has begun. Project has been permitted, however the 130,000 square foot building has been revised to include full dock access on south side of building, per attached plans. Work includes all site and off-site work for an industrial building, including paving, landscaping, site concrete, tilt construction, metal roof structure and decking, associated finishes and MEP.
Building concrete anticipates a late August/Early September start and roofing in November, 2019



Tacoma Screw Products Fulfillment Center – Gig Harbor, WA
Friday April 12, 2019 – 12:00pm
This project includes construction of a new 80,000 SF Tilt Up Warehouse with approximately 18,000 SF of Mezzanine, 2,600 SF of Retail, and 1,150 SF of Office space. Scopes include earthwork/utilities, asphalt paving, landscaping, Sidewalks, CIP concrete, structural steel, casework & finish carpentry, sheet metal flashing, joint sealants, TPO roofing, doors & hardware, storefront, overhead doors, painting, flooring, dock bumpers, Dock Levelers, and design-build MEP. Anticipated start is May 6th, 2019 with substantial completion by January 14th, 2020.



Gayteway Business Park,  Building C – Arlington, WA
Thursday April 4, 2019 – 2:00pm
Construction of a new 66,625 square foot tilt-up concrete 24’ clear, semi-conditioned shell building.



Prologis Sumner, #22 & 23 – Sumner, WA
Bids March 4th
A new distribution facility consisting of (2) concrete tilt up warehouses. Building A is 263,000 sf, 36’ clear with 54 dock doors, 5 drive in doors, 13 trailer parking spaces and over 150 vehicle parking spaces. Building B is 97,000 sf, 32’ clear with 21 dock doors, 2 drive in doors, 44 trailer parking spaces and over 80 vehicle parking spaces.



Sumner Ridge – Sumner, WA
Bids March 13th

A new distribution facility consisting of (2) concrete tilt up warehouses. Building A is 113,000 sf with 27 dock doors, 2 drive in doors and over 60 parking spaces. Building B is 109,000 sf with 24 dock doors, 2 drive in doors and over 60 parking spaces.  Both buildings are 30’ clear.
