Work Begins at Puyallup

Sierra Construction began construction of Avenue 55/Cabot’s Puyallup West Distribution Center, a 172,000 square foot tilt-up concrete warehouse on a 10 acre lot in Puyallup, WA at the end of August. Sitework includes road and bridge modifications on Valley Ave NW and 27th Ave Ct NW. Features of the completed project include 48 sectional doors, two concrete truck aprons, ESFR automatic fire sprinkler system and 30′ clear height.
The project team also includes Craft Architects, Shutler Consulting Engineers, Barghausen Consulting Engineers and TENW.

Scheduled completion April 2016.
