9th and Pine Project Earns Gold Nugget Honors

Congratulations to Teutsch Partners and Sierra Construction on their Grand Award at the 2015 Golden Nugget Awards!

On June 25th, judges for the 2015 Gold Nugget Awards recognized the project as a Grand Award winner in its annual competition, which honors architectural design and planning excellence and draws entries from throughout the United States and internationally. The 9th and Pine project was honored as the winner in the Best Multifamily Housing Community (30-60 du/acre) category.

Now in its 52nd year, GNA is the largest and most prestigious competition of its kind and serves as a centerpiece for the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the nation’s largest regional conference and trade show for the real estate development field. It honors design and planning achievements in community and home design, green-built housing, site planning, commercial, retail, mixed-use development and specialty housing categories. Winners this year were chosen from 635 entries from around the world.
