Working with Gates group, Molbak's to create 19-acre Gardens District in Woodinville

Downtown Woodinville will look very different in 10 years if Molbak's Garden + Home's planned Gardens District project takes root and blossoms.

Planned for the 19-acre property where Molbak's has operated since starting in 1956, the five-phase project will have 400,000 square feet of commercial space, including a new Molbak's store, and 1,210 multifamily units. The project's first phase will have underground parking.
