Sierra completes tilt-up at Des Moines Creek Business Park

Sierra Construction recently completed the final concrete tilt-up in Phase 1 of Des Moines Creek Business Park.

Composed of three buildings with 30’ clear height ceilings, 165’-255’ bay depths, 119 dock height and 16 ground level loading bays, Phase 1 totals 535,958 square feet.

The first of three phases, the completed project is planned to total 1.6 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space on the 87 acre site. The Business Park’s location allows for access via multiple forms of mass transit, including the Angle Lake Light Rail Station which is due for completion in 2016.

Phase 1 is due for completion in January and anticipated to receive LEED Silver certification.

Panattoni owns the project and Kidder Mathews is in charge of leasing.
