Project Update: Traxx Apartments

The third building in the Terrace Station development, Traxx Apartments is a six-story, 210 unit mixed-use building being constructed just south of Mountlake Terrace's transit center.

Units are a mix of open-1-bed, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. The ground floor commercial area includes 3,616 square feet of outdoor and 14,382 square feet indoor space. Tenants will also be able to utilize a 5,400 square foot rooftop patio.

Project stats to-date:

  • 3,599 cubic yards of concrete poured through January 1, 2023
  • 68 tons of rebar
  • 95,436 linear feet of post-tension cables

This building is due for completion Q4 of 2023.
