The Parkside II Apartments in the Columbia Tech Center development broke ground summer of 2017.
This project consists of two, four story of wood framed apartment buildings built on slab with at grade parking. In total, the development will have 206 units, containing a mix of studio, one, and two-bedroom apartment homes. The two structures will be connected via a glass atrium walkway and share an expansive central courtyard.
The project has completed framing, and is presently working to finish MEP, insulation and window installation, as well as starting drywall.
When completed, Parkside II will have a gym, resident lounge, outdoor fire pit and barbecue, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool and year-round hot tub for residents. Units will have quality finishes including plank flooring, stainless appliances, oversized windows and quarter countertops.
