Project Update: Glacier Peak Business Park

Glacier Peak at Riverside Business Park tilted last week. The entire project includes 112 panels with 4 sheer panels.

The completed building will be a 204,498 square foot distribution warehouse located along the Snohomish River in Everett with exposure to I-5. The Glacier Peak will have a 30′ clear height, 130′ concrete truck apron, 38 dock high doors, and 4 drive-in doors.

Sierra Construction broke ground on the 9.6 acre site in Everett, Washington in May.
