Project Update: Bridge Point I-5, Seattle

BPI5 12-2022

December was an exceptionally busy month at Bridge Point I-5 in Milton, WA. The first building to be constructed on the development's 117 acre site, Building 1 will be 1,023,692 square feet. The site was previously Lloyd Enterprises, Inc's material pit. This building's footprint will be the largest #sierrabuilt project to date.

The project has one more tilt to enclose the building, which will total 198 panels. The tallest panel was just under 49' tall, while the heaviest rang in at 167,000lbs.
