Track 6 is a new 85 foot tall, four-story industrial building located on the old Compton Lumber site in the middle of Seattle’s SODO neighborhood. Roughly 55,000 square foot floor plates have brought 212,516 square feet of fresh industrial space to South Seattle. Track 6 can accommodate an array of uses from industrial flex companies to tenants with large warehousing or distribution needs with clear heights ranging from 14' - 24' and demisable down to 13,500 square feet.

  • Level 1: 24' clear height, 1,600 amp power service
  • Levels 2 & 3: 16' clear height, 800 amp power service
  • Level 4: 14' clear height, 800 amp power service
