Project Completion: Stadium Apartments

Breaking ground in August 2016, Stadium Apartments is a 220,000 square foot mixed-use building located in the Stadium District of Tacoma.

The building has 172 residences varying from studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units. Stadium is 10 stories total; 7 above grade, and 3 below-grade parking levels. Some units also feature high ceilings, patios and balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and walk-in closets. A unique feature to Stadium is the outdoor covered community room on the 7^th floor with expansive Puget Sound views, fully equipped with entertainment and lounging, as well as barbecue.

Although this project was not LEED certified, it was completed with Green Build in mind including Energy Star appliances, LED lighting, low flow plumbing fixtures and a recycling program. The project also has 2,260 square feet of retail space and offer 204 parking spaces. Stadiums location places it near Wright Park, local grocery store Stadium District Thriftway, street-side to future Light Rail stop as well as multiple restaurants and coffee shops, making it an excellent option for the modern urban resident.
