The LogistiCenter at Pacific Gateway is a 45 acre speculative industrial park located in Kent, Washington. The five buildings range from 113,979 square feet to 231,266 square feet, with clear heights ranging 30' - 36'.

Building 1: 113,979 square feet, 30’ clear height, plus 18 dock-high and 2 drive-in doors

Building 2: 111,062 square feet, 30’ clear height, plus 18 dock-high and 2 drive-in doors

Building 3: 206,080 square feet, 30’ clear height, plus 40 dock-high and 4 drive-in doors

Building 4: 109,495 square feet, 32’ clear height, plus 18 dock-high and 2 drive-in doors

Building 5: 231,266 square feet, 36’ clear height, plus 35 dock-high and 2 drive-in doors

The development also features 29,404 square feet of park-like amenity space for the logistic park's tenants.
