Built on a 3.53 acre lot just north of the Smokey Point neighborhood of Marysville, WA, the Gayteway at Smokey Point Apartments was completed in August.

The three, three-story apartment buildings total 95,529 square feet of apartment living. The buildings are wood-framed construction on grade, surrounded by 139 at-grade parking spaces; 74 of which are covered. Building 1 has 24 units, whereas both Buildings 2 and 3 have 36 units each.

Apartment units include a mix of on one-bed, one-bed with den, and two bedroom floorplans.

Near the property entry, a 2,780 square foot building includes traditional modern apartment amenities like a lounge and fitness room. There is also a covered patio and outdoor pool available for residents.
