Project Completion: EUG5

Located in Portland, Oregon, EUG5 has been completed.

A build-to-suit 282,840 square foot building with a 17,805 square foot office, this project was built on Prologis' Lot F of the Prologis Meadow's development. The building also features a 36' clear height, with 81 dock-high doors and 2 drive-in doors.

The 115 acre site was previously home to Portland Meadows race track. Additional project scope included the development of& trailer parking, as well as a stormwater retention pond on Lot C. Road enhancements with utilities, sidewalks and landscaping on Schmeer and Gertz Road were also completed.
