Project Completion: Cascade Business Park, Building 1

The first building in a planned 4,000,000 square foot new industrial development in Marysville, WA has been completed.

Sitting on a 19.5 acre parcel in the 426 acre master-planned Cascade Business Park, Building 1 is a speculative warehouse totaling 245,619 square feet. It has a 3,600 storefront, 36' clear height, and over 300 parking and trailer stalls. The building has been leased and tenant improvements are underway.

This new development is just south of the Arlington Municipal Airport in Marysville, WA.
