Bridge Industrial’s Bridge Point Everett 500 project was recently completed.

The completion of this project brings three new state-of-the-art warehouse buildings to the North Everett area. Breaking ground in the spring of 2023, extensive sitework included the clearing of 34 acres and close to 400,000 cubic yards of cut and fill due to the steep gradient. To accommodate the 85’ elevation change from the upper and lower building pads due to the sloped site, 100,000 square feet of lock and load retaining wall, 20,000 square feet of soil nail walls, and 12,000 square feet of cut rockery were erected.

Building A

  • 278,988 square feet
  • 52 dock high doors
  • 4 grade access doors
  • Clear Height: 36’

Building B

  • 85,603 square feet
  • 25 dock high doors
  • 4 grade access doors
  • Clear Height: 32’

Building C

  • 122,543 square feet
  • 32 dock high doors
  • 4 grade access doors
  • Clear Height: 36’

The project sits on a 40 acre site off of Seaway Boulevard, an area which also has Sierra-built projects Seaway West and Powdermill Business industrial parks.
