New Project: Portside 55 North

The team began sitework for this project December 2017. Portside 55 North is just over 200,000 square feet of industrial development on 10.5 acres, less than 1 mile from the marine terminals in the Port of Tacoma. The project even has Tacoma Rail to the site. The larger of the two, Building A, is 152,350 square feet with 47 truck bays, while the smaller Building B will have 51,230 square feet with 16 truck bays. Both buildings will have a 30′ clear height. The proximity to the Port also means the site has a unique zoning of Port Maritime and Industrial. This project is due for completion later this year.
