New Project: Portland Portal, Phase 1

The Mary’s Harvest and Sierra project team celebrated with a golden shovel photo as the project broke ground last week.

The 130,000 square foot Portland Portal Industrial Center is being built for Portland based Mary’s Harvest, located at 172nd Pl and Sandy Blvd in Portland. It will replace Mary’s existing 45,000 square foot facility.

The completed building will have a 30′ clear height and 27 dock doors. This project is due for completion later this year.
