CenterPoint E Marginal is a new industrial development located on the Duwamish Waterway in Tukwila, Washington.
When completed, this speculative 424,400 square foot building will have dual sided dock loading, a 40' clear height, 111 dock-high and 4 grade-level loading doors.
Demolition of multiple pre-existing structures began September 2021 on the 24 acre site.
This project is due for completion at the end of 2022.
