New Project: Bridge Point Vancouver 600

Sierra Construction and Bridge Industrial began sitework on the Bridge Point Vancouver 600 project earlier this year.

The 647,000 square foot speculative industrial building is located on a 76 acre site just north of the Mill Plain neighborhood of Vancouver.

When completed, the speculative building will have a 40’ clear height, 166 trailer stalls, 413 parking stalls, as well as 96 dock-high and 4 drive-in doors.

This project is due for completion Q4 2024.
