New Project: Bridge Point I-5

NP Bridge I5

The Bridge Point I-5 project in Portland, Oregon is the future location of two industrial tilt-up distribution centers totaling 677,000 square feet.

Site clearing of the 37 acre site began in 2019. Due to the fact part of the site is a former landfill, the scope of work for the first six months included the demolition of the existing structures, crushing all foundations/asphalt to be reused on site, and importing roughly 275,000cy of material for surcharge.

When completed, Building A will be 239,500 square feet, and Building B, will be 437,500 square feet. Clear heights will range from 30’-36’, and the site as a whole will have over 480 parking spaces, 95 trailer parking spaces and 142 dock doors. The buildings are being tailored to distribution, manufacturing, and other industrial tenants, with configurations as small as 20,000 square feet possible.

This project is due for completion at the end of this year.
