DCT White River Corporate Center Phase II North begins

DCT white river begins

General Contractor Sierra Construction broke ground last week on DCT White River Corporate Center Phase II North.

When completed, the 251,427 square foot ‘Chinook’ building will have a 32’ clear height and offer 200’ truck courts with a 60’ concrete truck apron. Column spacing will generally be 52’ x 60’ which provides a wide range of tenant possibilities.

Phase II is due for completion in early 2017.

The neighboring 648,679 square foot ‘Coho’ building is 100% occupied and was completed in 2014 as part of DCT White River Corporate Center’s Phase I by Poe Construction.
