Substantial Completion: Bridge Point I5 Phase 2

Happy to announce we achieved Substantial Completion at Phase 2 in Milton at the end of August. Phase 2 consisted of 3 Buildings totaling 912,000 SF, each with their own spec office and mezzanine component as well as all associated site work. Many thanks to our team of May Jensen, Ulises, JFF, Harrison, Taylor Ebersole, Ryan McCarty, Andy Bley, and most importantly our crew who worked through all seasons to get the buildings in the air.

We also achieved substantial completion earlier this summer on a large buildout for Boeing in Building 1 including remote restrooms, large drive-through doors, 300K SF of racking and everything else that Boeing continued to throw our way (sometimes on a daily basis). Props to Mr. Repass and Dave Martinez for keeping the ball rolling.

After 3.5 years this marks the end of the overall development! This project seemed nearly insurmountable when we showed up in March of 2022 with a job trailer in the middle of a gravel pit. I think half of the company has had a hand on this one at some point including (3) retirees. In total: 1,936,083 SF, 536 Panels, 80,375 CY of concrete, a 15,000,000 Gallon Vault, 180,000 SF of retaining wall, and 139 more gray hairs on my head. Definitely a project to be proud of.
