Mike Stout joined the team in 2012 after graduating from the University of Washington. Mike’s first project was a Walmart Supercenter in Tacoma. Since then his experiences have included a tenant improvement project in Yakima and multiple 200,000+ square foot concrete tilt-ups.

What is your dream project location? San Juan Islands, it seems like a challenge and I would love staying out there.

What attracted you to Sierra? Being a small(ish), local company with a family atmosphere.

What is your least favorite fruit or vegetable? Cucumbers should be made illegal.

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be? Mayor of Seattle, just to help get the Sonics arena project rolling.

Tell us something that might surprise us about you. My fiancé and I are adopting 2 elephants at a sanctuary in Thailand this year. We are going to visit them on vacation in Fall.
