Certificate of Occupancy: SeaPORT Building 6

All,

I am pleased to announce that we received C of O this morning for Seaport Building 6. This is the 7^th building in total that Sierra has built in this complex. Building included 324,843 SF double loaded shell building with 40’ clear. We also built out 13,939SF of office including a mezzanine and remote shipping office. The TI also included 48 dock levelers. The entire warehouse will be occupied by Odom Corporation which will act as their main warehouse in the Seattle area.

As with every Sierra project it can not be done without a team effort. Thank you to Alex Fraiman for helping get the job started in the beginning and out of the ground. Thank you to Mitch (shell and core), Billy (TI) and Alyona for your efforts to get this project completed. Brandon Henderson did a great job leading the field crew and many thanks go out to him along with the entire Sierra field crew for countless hours and attention to detail. Huge thank you Carrie Bodnar for dealing with all of the of the billings, subcontractors and compliance paperwork.

Finally, thank you to Matt Enany for the numerous pricing exercises he did during estimating and throughout the project. He is a great leader to help keep us all organized.
