Hello Sierra!
Thank you to everyone who made it out to this year's State of Sierra. Incase you want to revisit something or weren't able to attend last Thursday's event, here is a highlight real!
Program:
· We did something new this year and utilized a web based survey/trivia platform to get the crowd involved in real time. Below are the two most... iconic, survey results. \ud83d\ude42
· Roger Collins was MC and welcomed both new hires and past retirees, highlighted milestone anniversaries, and covered retirement contributions.
· Bryan Ploetz covered the 2024 year-in-review, highlighting the fact that as of this year, Sierra has completed over 50 million square feet of industrial buildings.
· Andy Bley gave insight into the project pipeline and procurement process.
· Chris Kevil highlighted Sierra's team in the field and safety.
· The Washington Sub of the Year tied between North Country Concrete and Panelized (given to NCC for their first time winning), and the Oregon Sub of the Year was Goodfellow Brothers.
· The program closed out with the People of Sierra video, which you can view here
Event Photos:
· Attached you will find the complete group photo. If you had an updated employee photo taken that day, they have now been updated in the FIT folder.
Save the Dates:
· Tacoma Rainiers Game: Saturday, August 23rd, 2025
· Sierra Construction's 40th Anniversary Celebration: September 2026
