2019 Interns

Please join me in welcoming our first 2019 intern, Kyle Matthews!

Kyle is a Junior at Washington State University studying Construction Management.

What do you like most about the construction industry?
The collaboration of several parties to achieve the same goal and being able to be a part of quality projects that people can love and appreciate every day.

Kyle is currently assisting at Blackbird Apartments in Redmond.

Also joining us this summer is Raffy Mestichella!

Raffy is studying Construction Management at the University of Washington. "I am really excited to be with Sierra for the summer and eager to learn more about construction."

What do you like most about the construction industry?
I really like it in the sense that there are so many moving pieces at any given point in time and that a large part of the job is to insure that said moving pieces are doing what they are supposed to be doing in a timely fashion so as to work towards the completion of a larger project in a timely fashion. It’s kind of like a really big puzzle that we are all working on a deadline/with a certain budget to complete.
