Developed by Avenue 55, this 72,820 square foot four story flex-use office building broke ground in 2018. Designed by BCRA, West Woodland was built with structural steel, concrete and masonry construction. The building has two elevators, one rated for 3,500lb and the other for 5,000lbs, to accommodate light industrial tenants on all floors. Each level of West Woodland has varying clear heights, ranging from 12’ – 20’. In an area where parking is becoming harder to find, this site includes parking for 44 vehicles. Storm drainage, roadway and accessibility improvements along NW 52nd and NW 53rd were also part of this project’s scope. The construction of the shell and 33,000 square foot tenant improvement was completed in 13 months.
