In order to do business with our company, we require subcontractors to prequalify annually in order to be eligible to bid or contract work with Sierra Construction. In addition to completing the Subcontractor Vendor Setup Form, we also require a copy of the business license, W-9 form, Reseller permit, and if applicable, a certification document.

Includes adding approximately 170,419-sf structural steel mezzanine. Includes approximately 7-acres of new site development in addition to converting existing loading docks to parking areas.

Wednesday July 15, 2020 – 11:00am

53,106 SF Tilt-Up Warehouse. Alternate 2,450 SF Office with future mezzanine. Expected start August 2020.

Eclipse Apartments – Fremont, WA
Tuesday July 7, 2020 – 5:00pm

This project includes construction of 153 apartment units. Scopes include earthwork/utilities, concrete
flatwork, landscaping, green roof, pavers, temporary shoring, CIP concrete, gypcrete, structural steel, wood
framing, unit cabinets, unit doors frames, hardware and millwork, siding, fire caulking, metal framing & GWB,
storefront, windows, unit mirrors & bath accessories, countertops, unit and common area flooring, painting,
trash chute, appliances, elevator, tower crane, unit venting, and design-build MEP Scopes. Construction start of October 2020.

Coleman Moving – Lakewood, WA
Tuesday March 10th, 2020 – 11:00am

Build to suit, 129,364 square foot new concrete tilt-up, semi-conditioned shell building with a speculative mezzanine office space in the northwest corner. Expected start April 2020 with November 2020 completion.
