Project Description

SeaPORT Building 3 is Phase IV of Tarragon’s 2.4 million square foot industrial park in Sumner, WA. The building is a 470,000 square foot, double-loaded building. It will have a 40′ clear height, 9″ fully reinforced slab, LED lighting, 640′ building depth, 60’ speed bay, 60’x52’ column spacing, 86 dock doors, (4) 12′ x 16′ at-grade, large power capacity, 290+ auto parking stalls and 67 trailer parking stalls. Building 3 also takes advantage of the recently completed signalized access to Stewart Rd, which provides 50’+ wide, fully lit access.
