Located at the intersection of Lakeview Drive and Lake Washington Boulevard in Kirkland, Washington, 5501 Lakeview is a two-story office building with two levels of underground parking.
Sitework began the first week of November and included the demolition of the pre-existing office building.
Each floor will be just over 25,200 square feet, allowing two separate tenants or a single occupant for up to 50,420 square feet. Two first-floor patios take advantage of the expansive west-facing view of Lake Washington and the Olympic Mountains.
5501 Lakeview is being built with renewable and environmentally friendly construction methods. Using mass timber construction, the building will feature Dowel Laminated Timber (DLT), which is a mass timber product that utilizes Pacific Northwest Douglas Fir. Other tenant amenities include lockers, showers and bike storage.
CBRE is managing 5501 Lakeview’s lease-up. The project team also includes LMN Architectus, Triad Associates, GeoEngineers, Couglin Porter Lundeen and Hewitt.
