Project teams in Lacey, Washington recently completed a two-phase, 1.1 million square foot state-of-the-art industrial development.

Located in the Hawks Prairie area of Lacey, the Hogum Bay Logistics Center is a new construction development which included three buildings, totaling 1,110,000 square feet.

The building has 80 dock doors, 250 parking spaces and a 36’ clear height. The scope of work also included a 28,100 square foot office build-out. The warehouse was constructed with insulated concrete tilt-panels, with a total thickness of 14 ½”. Building 1 was a build-to-suit for a private tenant.

The second phase included the construction of two speculative industrial buildings; Building 4 (144,000 square feet) and Building 5 (155,000 square feet). Both buildings have a 32’ clear height and 130’ truck courts. Sierra Construction is presently completing tenant improvements in Building 4.
