Kenmore KeyBank opening in late summer

Sierra Construction is working toward a late summer finish on a new KeyBank branch at 7830 NE Bothell Way in Kenmore.

The 3,900 square foot metal-stud building will have a brick veneer exterior. Inside, there will be four teller stalls, five private banking offices, a conference room, employee lounge and restrooms.

Paving and landscape additions will complete the project, along with two lanes of drive-up banking and a drive-up ATM.

Turner Construction is the construction manager and Callison is the design manager.
Sierra’s subcontractors include: Alpine Development, earthwork/utilities; Artector, masonry; Sessler, metal-stud framing/drywall; Queen City Sheet Metal & Roofing, roofing; State Mechanical, plumbing; Airflow Mechanical, HVAC; and Quality Electrical, electrical.

Sierra’s team is led by project manager Alex Leighton and superintendent Keith Liebhauser.
